Metro Vancouver's housing market activity is returning to historical levels as home buyers and sellers are becoming more comfortable with public health safety protocols.
Real estate boards and associations across the province, in step with the Real Estate Council of BC, who regulates the practice of real estate in the province, also lifted their joint recommendation that REALTORS® refrain from holding open houses.
But this isn't a return to pre-COVID-19 practices. Open houses must follow new safety guidelines, and REALTORS® are quickly adapting new tools, protocols, and technology to help their clients during these times.
This month’s Market Insights newsletter highlights what these new open house protocols mean to you, alongside the most up-to-date housing market statistics, new information on government regulations in the strata insurance market, what Realtors are doing to give back to their communities, and more.
